Is there a recommended age to take UltraMeta™?

Take one tablet after a meal. Recommended dosage is two(2)tablets per day.
When can I expect results?
We recommend taking Core UltraMeta™ for a minimum of three (3) months. Food supplements do not produce instantaneous results. It usually takes some time for noticeable effects to occur, ranging from a couple of weeks to a few months.
Does it have any side effects?
Standard doses of Berberine, Vitamin D3, and ALA are clinically safe and well-tolerated by the human body.
Few adverse reactions are reported. There are, however, rare incidental reports where berberine causes headache, nausea, vomiting, abdominal bloating, hypotension, and slowed heart rate in the literature.
In rare cases, Alpha lipoic acid has caused gastrointestinal upset or skin rash.
Can I take it even when I am on medication?
If you are taking medications that reduce blood sugar, you may require blood glucose monitoring. It may also lower blood pressure, so it should be used with caution by those using blood pressure medications. Consult your physician for more information.
Who should NOT take this product?
It should NOT be taken by infants, children, and pregnant or lactating women.
How long should CORE UltraMeta™ be taken?
While generally safe, there is not enough evidence to suggest its long-term use for more than six months.
We recommend taking a 2-week break after six months before resuming intake.
